Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointment Cancellations

• 72 hours or more notice: Full refund

• Less than 72 hours notice: 50% refund

• Missed appointment (no-show): No refund

In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency with supporting evidence, we may offer discretion at our sole judgment.

Assessment & Treatment Packages

Autism Assessments: Once your first clinical appointment has taken place, refunds are not available as your assessment process will have commenced.

ADHD Treatment Plans: If you wish to discontinue your treatment plan, you may receive a pro-rata refund based on the remaining months of your plan.
