For Adults:
Assessment Only: £590 This path includes an online consultation with one of our expert psychiatrists, a comprehensive assessment, and a detailed diagnostic report. Our clinicians use standardised questionnaires during your video conference assessment to gather information and assess your symptoms. Following the assessment, you will receive your diagnosis with a detailed outcome letter.
Complete Care Package: £1,200 This package provides comprehensive ADHD support, going beyond the assessment. In addition to the thorough assessment with expert psychiatrists and a detailed diagnostic report, you'll receive a personalised treatment plan. This also includes up to 6 months of medication titration appointments and prescription writing, ensuring you have the ongoing support you need to manage your ADHD effectively.
Premium Plan: £1,990 Our premium plan includes up to 12 months of medication titration appointments and prescription writing, ensuring you have the ongoing support you need to effectively manage your ADHD. The Premium Care Package also includes additional letter-writing services for employers, schools, and other relevant parties, providing you with the necessary documentation to support your needs.

For Children (7-17):
Assessment Only: £890 This package includes a comprehensive online assessment for your child with one of our expert psychiatrists, leading to a detailed diagnostic report. This is ideal if you are primarily seeking clarity and a formal diagnosis for your child.
6-Month Treatment Plan: £1,050 Building on the assessment, this plan provides 6 months of dedicated support for your child. It includes medication titration appointments and ongoing prescription writing under the guidance of our expert psychiatrists, ensuring a steady path to managing your child's ADHD effectively.
Extended Treatment Plan (12 Months): £2,100 This comprehensive plan offers extended support for your child over a full 12-month period. What if I don't meet the criteria for ADHD?

At Mentalwell, our primary goal is to provide clarity and the most appropriate support for your well-being journey. If your comprehensive assessment indicates that you do not meet the diagnostic criteria for ADHD, you will still receive a detailed and transparent explanation of our findings from your expert psychiatrist.

If you initially acquired a package that included both an assessment and a subsequent treatment plan, and the assessment results in a negative diagnosis for ADHD, the portion of your payment allocated for the treatment plan will be fully refunded to you.

Is the online assessment as reliable as an in-person one?

We do not offer face-to-face appointments, as our service is designed to provide safe, accessible, expert-led assessments entirely online.

Our team of highly qualified psychiatrists are fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and is extensively experienced and specifically trained in conducting thorough, accurate, and empathetic remote evaluations. This ensures you receive the gold standard of care — with the added convenience, comfort, and flexibility of an online service.

Is an informant required for an adult ADHD assessment?

Providing information from an informant is not mandatory for private adult ADHD assessments, but we strongly recommend including one wherever possible.An informant can provide valuable collateral information about your symptoms, behaviours and experiences from another perspective. This can be particularly helpful when exploring how symptoms presented during childhood and how they affect you in different areas of your life.While your own account remains central to the assessment, having input from someone who knows you well can help make the assessment more comprehensive and robust, giving the clinician additional information to consider alongside your clinical interview and completed questionnaires.If you are unable to provide an informant, this does not prevent you from proceeding with a private assessment.
